The Committee’s tasks are:
- Handling complaints and dealing with breaches of the Code
- Formulating new decisions
- Taking decisions
- Handling questions of interpretation
- Making recommendations to the secretariat for revision of the Guidance, where considered necessary
- Making recommendations to the MFU Board for revision of the Code where considered necessary
- Making recommendations to the MFU Board for revision of the Product List where considered necessary
- Consists of seven members, with deputies. The Committee is quorate when five members/deputies are present. Decisions are taken by ordinary majority.
