What marketing activities are regulated?

MFU ‘s work is based on a laid-down Code, with accompanying Guidance.

The Code contain various basic rules which form the cornerstone of the scheme. In order to amplify these and give a more complete impression of their content, accompanying Guidance has been drawn up. This explains in greater detail what lies inside and outside the self-regulatory scheme.

Both documents should be used when assessing whether a marketing initiative complies with the spirit of the scheme.
